We recently had Advanced replace our hot water tank with a Navien tankless heater. Drew texted the morning of the installation to let us know the techs were on their way. The two techs Dusty and Lake were very friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the layout and controls of the unit. I would definitely use Advanced services in the future.
Lake our service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was polite and a very nice person. He is definitely a asset to Advanced Heating & Cooling!
They showed up when they said they would! Greg Martin was the one who fixed our dead furnace. He showed us what the problem was and explained everything to us. He had our house warm again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Advanced will be the one we call if we need anything else.
Advanced did great work! They helped us convert from electric heat to a gas furnace and new A/C. They were very thorough and did a great job. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
We had Advanced install a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Brian came out and gave me a quote right on the spot. They removed the old system, cleaned everything up and installed the new system. They did a great job on the installation. My old system quit during the hottest days we had and they were able to get the new equipment running in a couple of days.They even lent us a portable air conditioner while ours was being installed. I would highly recommend them.
I had a new heating and cooling system put in. Pat & Carter did an awesome job. They were very neat with the installation and cleanup. Thank you guys so much.
All of the service we received with Advanced Heating and Cooling was very professional. The service man was very friendly and helpful, spent the time needed to fix the problem. Christian was professional from the start. Knowledgable about my system and took time to explain each step in doing what needed done. Didn’t try to oversell or mislead in any way. I’ve used Advanced Heating and Cooling in the past with excellent results. Would never use anyone else.

I have used advanced heating and cooling since 2013 when they installed my new furnace and air conditioner. I have a maintenance agreement with them for summer and winter maintenance and I have never been disappointed. They are polite, professional and at times go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!!
They did a great job installing our furnace and ac unit. I found them on Angie's list, made contact, they called next day and scheduled promptly. The estimate was given and that was the price charged. The installers were the best, quick with the work kept us apprised as to what was happening. Highest recommendation to anyone looking for installers. I have recommended them to my nephew who has a mobile home.
The crew that came out to install my furnace and central air were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained all my new equipment and were very polite and kind. Would highly recommend them.

Jim and his crew have done all our heating and cooling installs at our shop. They have always went the extra mile to ensure we got the best finished product. Even down to painting our gas line that was ran with matching paint for our building, and pouring a concrete pad for our new unit in our showroom to give us the best possible finished product. Jim was on site daily coordinating everything.
Got an estimate for a new furnace and duct work. Drew Williams is a very professional and informative salesman. I was really impressed with him. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done.

Christian did such a wonderful job trying to figure out my air conditioner concern.I really appreciate all of my questions being answered and explaining things to me so I can have a better understanding of the parts and how the air conditioner runs in case problems arise in the future with it. I really appreciate his professionism and treated me as a valued customer. Bryan was wonderful yesterday too.He was very knowledgeable and treated me like a valuable customer.He spent time researching answers for my situation so I could create a great plan of action to resolve my air condition problems.

The technician from Advanced Heating and Cooling showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had our system repaired with new parts within a couple hours. Excellent communication and service from my first call until the job was done. I’ll happily be recommending them to friends and family.
The technician that came to our house was knowledgeable and friendly. He was willing to spend the time figuring out where the mysterious noise that we sometimes heard was coming from. I’d highly recommended Advanced Heating & Cooling to others. Very reasonably priced.
My heat went out Christmas day when I got home at 8 o'clock and called they had my heat going by 10:30 on Christmas night. It shows their dedication to their customers.

Technicians Carter Locke and Brant finished installing my new Trane system today. The installation looks super clean. They were extremely professional, and answered every question I had. I am more pleased than I had expected to be! What a difference it has made so far. They cleaned up my old furnace and a/c unit, it’s cleaner than before they came. If I could give them six stars I would!

Very professional from the time we call to make appointment for our heat pump maintenance, to the minute the technicians show up on time, explains everything that needs done and benefits of keeping our maintenance up to date. I have this done twice a year and every technician we have ever had has always been very knowledgeable and professional. Office staff always takes time to listen to my concerns when I call in. Advanced installed a new A/C unit and gas water heater. Everything was very professionally handled from the quote through the installation. Carter and Brent did an outstanding job installing both units. They were very professional and friendly and left the place cleaner than they found it. Great company to deal with and couldn't be happier that I chose them.
We've had our new AC and Furnace unit for a little over a month now and all I can say is thank you! Working with Drew was an absolute breeze and pleasure! He was so polite and professional throughout the entire process. He never hesitated when I asked a question and always had an answer with a smile and a laugh. We had a little hiccup with the original furnace that was supposed to be installed, but Drew walked us through the changes and again, answered the million questions I had with ease. Don and Dusty replaced a 20+ year ac unit and furnace in less than two days. Within minutes my house was cooler. My daughter doesn't sweat and this was a necessity for our family. They both did an excellent job, were professional and answered any questions I had. Thank you!!

The job you and your employees did on our HVAC system deserves a letter of recommendation for your files. The day we called you to come check out our malfunctioning air conditioning system you arrived promptly, carefully assessed the problem, made the proper diagnosis and made the correct recommend-ation for the solution. You immediately executed a though examination of our existing system and what it would take to correct both the present problem but keep us warm/cool and comfortable for many years to come. You started on time just as you said you would. Both you and you men always either removed their work shoes or covered them with clean booties anytime they were working in the living quarters. They were extremely clean as regards the entire installation; keeping dust to an absolute minimum, carefully cutting any holes, cleaning up after themselves, closing doors behind them, ect. Their workmanship was superb. From the day the system was installed it has preformed flawlessly. We love the almost sound free Trane system that you recommended. The standard thermostat keeps the temperature absolutely constant. It doesn’t vary even by a single degree. I can’t imagine that any other system could possibly have pleased us nearly as much as this one does. We can’t wait for the winter to be over so we can fire up the air conditioner. Not just in a test mode; but also in the full-fledged use of the system, as back in the cool dry atmosphere it provides. Hats off to your dear wife who very pleasantly and capably answered any and all calls; and thereafter promptly elicited a return call from you no matter how busy you were.

Josh did an awesome job fixing our furnace same day we called them. Have used Advanced Heating and Cooling multiple times and will continue to do so. I ended up going ahead and having the furnace and ac replaced as they were getting old. Don and Dusty were the ones that did the install. They did an amazing job with a very clean install...very professional...will not go anywhere else..Thanks to all 3 of you guys.

Advanced Heating and Cooling located in Zanesville did an EXCELLENT job of installing our Trane AC and heating system in our home. When the representative came out to give us our estimate, he answered all of our questions, including ones we didn't know we had. He was the ONLY representative out of a total of 6 that left information about the units we were considering purchasing, and did an excellent job of explaining our options. When we did go forward with the purchase and install, his crew did a fantastic job with the install. They worked diligently for three days taking the time to make sure the unit was RIGHT, not just finished. After the install, they came back out to make sure that we knew how our new thermostat worked and helped us get it hooked to wifi and our phones, then set up an appointment for a technician to come out and run tests to make SURE the unit is running at complete efficiency! FANTASTIC JOB all the way around! HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I called on Christmas Eve at around 3:00 PM expecting to wait until the next day after Christmas for a service call. Jackie and Jim would be right out even thought I knew his family had a church service at 6:30 the evening. Jim did come right out and diagnosed the problem. He went right back to his shop for parts and even brought back replacement filters. Jim installed the parts quickly and had my furnace running again. It is nice to deal with people as professional and knowledgeable as Jim, Jackie and the crew at Advanced.
We were quoted an enormous amount for a new ac and was also told we needed a compressor for our current unit from another company. Fortunately we know Jim Crowley and he personally came out to take a look at our unit. He checked and cleaned our unit and also replaced a sensor. It then began to operate correctly. He informed us that our compressor is fine and our current unit is in great shape. I’m so glad that we didn’t listen to the other company and that we relied on Jim Crowley and Advanced Heating and Cooling.
Excellent service. Professional! They went well beyond what I expected and even replaced part of my walk to do the job properly. Left my house in perfect order. Advanced heating and cooling has a great reputation in our area.
Advanced Heating and Cooling has wonderful service. My problem occurred the day before Memorial Day and I heard back from them very quickly after calling. They also responded on the chat. So great customer service. The technician who came (a day early because they had a cancellation which was even better) was friendly and explained everything to me. He took care of the problem in no time. I definitely would recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling.

Your company recently installed a new furnace and A/C unit. Twenty five years ago we converted an oil furnace to gas and it wasn't a pleasant experience so we weren't looking forward to it again.
As it turned out, we thoroughly enjoyed dealing with your company. Everyone from the office personnel who scheduled the appointment, the tech who found the problem, (sorry but I don't remember his name) to Drew who made the sale, to Bob, Don and Mike that did the ·install, were very personable and professional.
The installers took the time to do the job right. They answered and/or explained any and all concerns we had without being annoyed. Drew came by today with papers to sign and the final bill. He answered a question and addressed a concern we had.
You can bet we will recommend your company to anyone with furnace or A/C problems.

Great installation on new furnace/air combo. Drew was very thorough on checking out and giving estimate. Installation team of Carter and Brent were great with attention to details and cleanup. New Trane is so quiet both outside and inside. From old to finished in a day and a half. Thanks also to the fabrication team. Looks wonderful.

Your technicians were efficient and personable. They installed two Trane digital thermostats to my existing older furnaces. These were to match the new furnace #3 & thermostat that you installed last summer. I love that I can control my entire home heating/cooling from my phone. Great job!

I needed my Briggs & Stratton 10 kW generator to be serviced. Ben Morse came out and figured out what needed to be completed.. Ben returned after he had all the proper parts and got my generator back to 100%.. Ben was very professional and very knowledgeable. If anybody has a whole house generator to be worked on I highly recommend Advanced heating and cooling and especially Ben Morse.
Advanced, a local family owned business, installed our original GeoThermal unit 17 years ago. Their service was wonderful then. Now, anytime we have needed service we have always called them. Austin helped us out in a bind on short notice (a few hours, same day) just before a winter storm arrived. We are far less anxious about the storm after his responsiveness. He was also very friendly in explaining what caused the problem.
Dustin and Don did a great job on the installation of my new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat 1.5 ton mini split! They explained their tasks and sought my review / approval at each step of the process, inside and outside. I can barely hear my new Mitsubishi mini split as it efficiently manages temperature, humidity and cleans the air in my home. My thanks and praise to everyone at Advanced Heating and Cooling!

I recently had Advanced come and install a new furnace and air conditioner. The 30 year old furnace we had finally quit on a 20 degree night. The next day after I called, Mike and Nathan came and removed the old furnace, installed a new one, we had heat in 6 hours. They worked well together, even skipping lunch, Nathan enjoyed some cookies I gave him though. 😁 To say the least I was impressed. Trey was very informative, the quote was right on the money. I have used Advanced for over 15 years at our church which has 5 furnaces. Josh Robinson, an excellent tech, has saved us lots of money through the years by correct diagnosis’s. I highly recommend Advanced HVAC.
