Advanced Heating & Cooling Services, Inc. was started by James T. Crowley, Jr. as a Sole Proprietorship in 1993. The business grew and was incorporated in 1998. Advanced Heating & Cooling Services, Inc. became a Trane Dealer and Comfort Specialist in 2001. The company was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for outstanding sales and leadership, the Pacesetter Award in 2003, the Outstanding Performance Award and Top Commercial Award in 2006 and the S.O.A.R. Award, the Trane Company's top award for sales and customer satisfaction.

We service ALL equipment, including systems that we did not install!

Jim began Advanced Heating & Cooling Services, Inc. in 1993 and the company was incorporated in 1998. He has over 20 years of training and experience in HVAC, plumbing, hydronics and refrigeration. He is NATE certified and is licensed by the state in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, hydronics and boilers.

The job you and your employees did on our HVAC system deserves a letter of recommendation for your files. The day we called you to come check out our malfunctioning air conditioning system you arrived promptly, carefully assessed the problem, made the proper diagnosis and made the correct recommend-ation for the solution. You immediately executed a though examination of our existing system and what it would take to correct both the present problem but keep us warm/cool and comfortable for many years to come. You started on time just as you said you would. Both you and you men always either removed their work shoes or covered them with clean booties anytime they were working in the living quarters. They were extremely clean as regards the entire installation; keeping dust to an absolute minimum, carefully cutting any holes, cleaning up after themselves, closing doors behind them, ect. Their workmanship was superb. From the day the system was installed it has preformed flawlessly. We love the almost sound free Trane system that you recommended. The standard thermostat keeps the temperature absolutely constant. It doesn’t vary even by a single degree. I can’t imagine that any other system could possibly have pleased us nearly as much as this one does. We can’t wait for the winter to be over so we can fire up the air conditioner. Not just in a test mode; but also in the full-fledged use of the system, as back in the cool dry atmosphere it provides. Hats off to your dear wife who very pleasantly and capably answered any and all calls; and thereafter promptly elicited a return call from you no matter how busy you were.

I called on Christmas Eve at around 3:00 PM expecting to wait until the next day after Christmas for a service call. Jackie and Jim would be right out even thought I knew his family had a church service at 6:30 the evening. Jim did come right out and diagnosed the problem. He went right back to his shop for parts and even brought back replacement filters. Jim installed the parts quickly and had my furnace running again. It is nice to deal with people as professional and knowledgeable as Jim, Jackie and the crew at Advanced.

He was very professional & answered all of my questions. In fact I contacted him on Saturday for additional equipment specifications which he e-mailed the same day & assured me that I would be extremely pleased with the equipment & installation.On Monday the crew arrived, Williams, Robinson & Lewis after the introductions they went to work, Lewis is a team player and an excellent employee & a good back up for Robinson, he knows his part on the team & is very conscientious & loyal.
